This client is very straightforward, he wanted to get a duct cleaning service right away as he believes his indoor air quality became poor after their purifier stopped working. We did explain that the air purifier does not clean the air by 100% but only filters. The team observed his vents and they were full of dirt and debris. Client being shocked, he pushed through with the service as soon as possible and also added a disinfectant. He was relieved!
