This client called complaining about his ducts as he feels they are very dirty. He is starting to get allergies and asthma. He did mention indoor air quality is important to him so as he booked his duct cleaning service -- he added UVC light as well. It was a large ranch home with 2,555 sq ft and a dirt crawlspace underneath. The HVAC and duct systems were really dirty as the home was currently being renovated prior to moving in. 

Is Duct Cleaning Worth It?

The clients were puzzled by the musty smell that had lingered in their home for years. Despite regular cleaning, the odor persisted. After a thorough duct cleaning, they discovered a hidden source of mold growth, which was the culprit behind the unpleasant scent.

These ducts were full of dust and debris, but our crew was able to get in and get them cleaned up!

This was a radon mitigation client who had a full cleaning blast of his home and contacted us back for his duct cleaning duties. He specifically mentioned to focus on the vents and he feels there is something inside that was stuck. We inspected his duct system and found what seems to be a bird's nest! It's a first for the team but we made sure this was cleaned thoroughly. No birds were harmed during this project. Client was happy as his gut feeling was right!

Bad Odors and Mold Removed with Duct Cleaning

This home was built in the 1980's and the clients had not a duct cleaning service since. We could imagine the dirt and grime that piled up throughout the years! However, the clients were very cooperative and honest in terms of the bad odors and mold that they have observed inside the home. They had the vents taped due to the excessive unwanted odor that was coming out. They were really concerned and does not know what to do.
