This was a unique experience amongst our other clients. He got a duct cleaning service since he feels the vents really needed some extra care. This client was really nice upon the start, he even helped the team move some stuff and helped with the electrical. Not only that, our van had some minor issues and voluntarily helped to fix it! What a godsend client!

This homeowner had a tiny, but the vents were very dirty. She admitted that it had been around 5 years since her last duct cleaning appointment. Our team had some difficulty reaching the tight sections but managed to clean them. The customer was happy! 

This client booked with us virtually and showed his home explaining there is an easy access to all vents along with a large storage room for the equipment to pass through such as the Hypervac. It's a 3,000 sq ft home so it would really take some time for the duct cleaning process. We offered to place a standard disinfectant as well. Customer agreed and was happy with the results.
