This client has duct and dryer vent cleaning service annually and wanted to try another company. They were with a competitor for a few years and decided to check with us as they feel like their indoor wasn't really improving much. We checked the duct and HVAC system and it was a lot of stuff congested in just a year! There was also an off-putting smell we can't figure out on where it's coming from. We explained the process with them and educated on how our tools would work. Clients were pretty friendly and cooperative. It was a lot to clean but they did mention it was worth it compared to the amount they were paying before.

This client was concerned for his kids as they were really asthmatic. He was wondering what preventive steps he can do to secure his healthy indoor air at home. He had regular duct cleaning service with another company but was never satisfied with the results. We suggested to have a deep clean along with disinfection. He agreed and was very happy with the results!

This was a unique house to handle by the team. It was a small home that had only 2 vents but the vents were used as vanity storages in the bathroom. What they did is to find the main access under the floor which they needed to take off the duct which needed unscrewing. They run a quick roto brushing there and everything went easy!
