This lovely couple was very concerned about the health and indoor environment of their 2-year-old daughter, that is the main reason why they had their ducts well-maintained. They spent some time figuring out where to start first since they wanted to make sure everything was sanitized before we start but we were able to finish the job. 

This was a small house with a wide-open basement and only two ceiling vents. The clients were a couple that are 100% pet-loving so we expected a lot of fur and dirt buildup. We were able to clean it properly with a standard disinfectant. They were happy to see the before and after results!

This client's home was petite with not a lot of vents - just tight openings to clean. We have given him the best suggestions to go with his home structure and agreed to them. He did mentioned that the old owner used to smoke a lot so we did expect a lot of dirt build-up. Everything worked out well. 

This home hasn't been cleaned in 20 years! The client wasn't really proud of it but it also took time and courage for him to make a decision as he was financially challenged. With our financing option, we made it happen for him. His duct / HVAC system was definitely full of dust, hair and construction debris. Customer was really happy and took it as an investment decision! 

This client has duct and dryer vent cleaning service annually and wanted to try another company. They were with a competitor for a few years and decided to check with us as they feel like their indoor wasn't really improving much. We checked the duct and HVAC system and it was a lot of stuff congested in just a year! There was also an off-putting smell we can't figure out on where it's coming from. We explained the process with them and educated on how our tools would work. Clients were pretty friendly and cooperative. It was a lot to clean but they did mention it was worth it compared to the amount they were paying before.
