The cleaning revealed a hidden world of dust mites, construction debris, and even pieces of pillow cotton. Following the cleaning, the client's indoor smell significantly improved. Unclean Duct System for Years

The client's daughter called about a few issues with the home’s HVAC system. The ducts hadn’t been cleaned in years, and with pets in the house, it was overdue for a thorough cleaning. On top of that, the dryer vent needed rerouting—right now, it was blowing lint into the basement, which wasn’t safe. The vent tube itself also needed a good cleaning. The house had a UVC light installed seven years ago, but it was on the return duct side and only the bulb had been replaced once. To improve the system, the team suggested that the UVC light needed to be moved over the A coil, where it would be more effective. With client being satisfied on the cleaning, she also requested the installation of a 20x25 BEZ filter and standard fogging to ensure everything was sanitized and running smoothly.
