This was a commercial project for a Dormitory Building - this was built in 1965 with 51,450 square feet. The owner reached out to us for a thorough cleaning of all labor, tools equipment, and materials necessary. We have educated him on the best options for optimum results. From the surfaces to the vents and all specified components. This was a job well done! 

This couple called us in for a professional duct cleaning service since they wanted to make sure their whole house is surely clean. In the middle of the job, the cord of our vacuum had some issues but we made sure to have a backup! The husband was really accommodating the entire time and while we were showing the before and after of his vents, he was very pleased with the work! The job went well and we make sure to get it right the first time. 

This client was a referral from one of our loyal clients. When we met him he was handicapped so he really had difficulty in terms of maintaining his home. There was a lot of stuff in his vents and had black build-up -- claiming this was from the previous owner of the home. Then again, we made sure that this booking was worth every dime for him! 

This very keen customer was very specific with her vent cleaning as she wants a before and after picture after every clean-up. We provided what she needed and she was happy with what she saw. We even saw a penny and a fork, it was a first though! The job went well!

This client was actually our former employee's father in law, he was very nice and entertaining all through out the process. He definitely understood the need for a better indoor air quality at home, he maintains HVAC and duct cleaning with Duct Defense Midwest.
