Is Duct Cleaning Really a Waste of Money?

This client had been noticing a musty smell in her home. He was concerned about the quality of the air his family was breathing and his friend recommended us to him for a duct cleaning service. The vents were full of dust and the duct system is congested with debris. The service not only removed years of dirt but also helped to improve the overall comfort of his home. This was a repeat client from a year ago, we installed her radon mitigation system. She called back when she found out we had duct cleaning services. She needed with the cleaning as she is starting to smell unusual odors and allergies started to worsen. The house is pretty huge but was not much of a challenge. The ducts were full of dust and dirt. Vents were pretty crowded with dirt build-up. The client is satisfied how it all turned out!

This client had a lot of pet cats and she set some expectations regarding cat fur everywhere. We did find a lot along with dust bunnies and dirt. She was also very concerned with the cat pee odor but we did have a disinfectant treatment done. She had no other concerns and was happy with the service!
