This home became a bit of a challenge since our team couldn't access a vent due to trim. They did try to find another way into the return trunk line but the angle of it was not possible with the brush. Still holding their values high and contacted the customer about the situation and granted approval to break the trim to have it cleaned. Everything went smoothly! 

This client was a lovely cat person. She had some pet cats roaming around her home and wanted to make sure her ducts were clean and not full of cat fur. She booked our duct cleaning service and once we started opening the vents, a cat caught a mouse inside of it! There was an unexplained odor along with minimal cleaning. We advised to have a disinfectant and she definitely agreed. She was very happy with the service!

A very nice family contacted us for a deep clean with their vents. While we were at their home, they were very nice and accommodating. The ducts were definitely dirty so we made sure we clean every single corner. The family was happy with the results. 

Ducts were really dirty. They were full of dirt, dust bunnies, and hair. We checked throughout the system and the Hypervac was used. Gets the job done.
