We were VERY impressed with Joe and the work he did. First, he let us know just when he would arrive. He greeted us with a good morning and a smile! We showed him the registers, he told us what he would be doing. We went about our work while he did his. He showed us pictures of what the vents looked like before and after. We had taken the registers off, and he said that was his job. He put them all back on. He knew exactly what to do all the time! Everything was put back in place.
